Discovery Center

The Discovery Center office building was completed in November 2007.  It is 30,000 square feet of of fully leased class A office space located in the Discovery office park in Lehi, UT. 

Gateway Village

The Gateway Village was a master planned residential community completed in Summer of 2005.  The development consists of 120 stacked condo units and 30 townhomes.  It is located in Pleasant Grove, UT. 

The Grove

The Discovery Grove office building is 30,000 square feet of class A office space located in the Grove office park in Pleasant Grove, UT. 

Riverside Condominiums

The Riverside Condo project in Lehi, UT is 65 stacked premium condos.  Completion of phase one was April 2008 with the final phase completion scheduled for June 2009.

Discovery Point II

Currently under construction, Discovery Point II is scheduled for a November 2009 completion. It is 65,000 sqare feet of class A office directly adjacent to I-15 in Lehi, UT.

Discovery Point I

The Discovery Point Office building is 65,000 square feet of class A space scheduled for completion in April 2009. Directly adjacent to I-15 in Lehi, UT it has become one of Utah counties premier business landmarks.
